Church History
Formerly Canberra Assembly of God, we commenced in 1964 with 6 people, our first meeting being held in the Albert Hall. In April 1974, a multi-functions hall and office was built at Cook to house the growing congregation and to give it a more permanent home.

In 1986, the original vision to have a congregation in the north and south of Canberra was accomplished with the planting (out of the Cook congregation) of a church in the Tuggeranong Valley. In January 1994, a sanctuary was built and in 1996, multiple services were started to accommodate the exciting growth.

In 2000, it was envisaged that enlarged facilities would need to be realised soon, once again to provide much needed extra room as we continued to grow and impact our community and beyond. In October, 2001 we moved into the miracle building God provided for us — the former Charnwood High School.
